Please note that orders are processed in real time so once an order has been placed we may not be able to cancel or make any adjustments even if you haven't received tracking information yet. 

Orders are not processed on the weekend. 

Please note, all international packages may be subject to duties and taxes. We are not responsible for custom fees and any duties or taxes associated with your purchase.

BEACH RIOT is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages during transit/delivery. Please contact the carrier and file a claim. 

Shipping Policy

We offer free domestic standard shipping on all orders $100+. Please allow 2 business days for processing before your order ships, and 5-7 business days for delivery. Orders placed after 11:00 AM PST will not begin processing until the following business day.

We have added two additional shipping options. Fedex 2nd Day option for $20 and Fedex Overnight option for $30 USD. Please note that orders must be placed before 9:30 AM PST for same day shipping. Orders placed after 9:30 a.m. PST will not be processed until the following business day. Also, please note that FedEx does not ship to PO Boxes so we can not ship overnight packages to PO Box addresses.

The customer is responsible for providing accurate shipping details and will be held liable for any fees incurred for orders returned to us for inaccurate delivery information.

International Shipping Policy

We do not offer free returns or exchanges on international orders. Customers are required to pay for return shipping if returning an international order. For more information please email returns@beachriot.com. 

Fedex International: 6-15 Business Days.

There is a $30 USD flat rate shipping charge to all countries outside the U.S.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS PLEASE NOTE: Shipments outside of the U.S. may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Please check your local customs website for more information. Customer will still be responsible for these charges even if the package is refused.
