This Privacy Notice at Collection applies to Designs by Nikki LLC d/b/a/ Beach Riot or one of its affiliates (“Beach Riot,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) with respect to personal information of California residents to the extent the information is subject to the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act of 2020 (“CCPA”). Financial Incentive Disclosure
We may offer individuals a financial incentive for the collection of certain elements of personal information, which may result in a small discount. For example, we offer the opportunity to receive a small discount on your first order for providing their contact information (name and email address). Please note that participating in this discount is entirely optional, you must opt-in to participate in the discount and you may opt-out at any time. We may change or add to these programs at any time.
Each financial incentive or price or service different related to the collection and use of personal information is based upon our good-faith and reasonable determination of the estimated value of such information to our business, taking into account the expected value of the information to us and the cost of operating the discount.
