START A RETURN
Domestic Return Policy
We offer returns on all orders placed within the United States and we provide you with a $7 return shipping label. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your order within 14 days of receiving your order to either create an exchange, receive a full refund/store credit minus the $7 return fee. A return initiated after 14 days from the delivery date will be eligible for store credit only, no refund or exchanges. We do not accept returns after 30 days from the delivery date. Once a return is initiated, the return shipping label will be active for 14 days before it expires. We recommend getting a receipt from the post office when you drop off your package to confirm it's been scanned. We do not accept returns or exchanges on Final Sale items (all sale items are considered final sale) or International orders.
We do not accept returns on products that have been worn, stained, altered, washed or received with any odor or evident sign of wear. All items returned must be in new and unused condition with a sanitary strip in place. All returns must be in the original packaging with all tags attached. We ask that you wear underwear when first trying-on your purchase, as we reserve the right to refuse returns that show any signs of wear.
All returns are sent to our California office and shipping times can vary. We kindly ask that you please allow 5-7 business days for refunds to be processed once your return package has been delivered. Please allow 1-3 business days for the refund to show up on your credit card statement.
If you initiate multiple returns for one order and would like to package them together, please reach out to info@beachriot.com. If you receive a damaged item, please contact info@beachriot.com immediately upon receiving your item. We will request photos of the damaged item(s) and once evaluated, we will inform you if a replacement is possible.

EXCHANGE POLICY
For all exchanges, please note that we do ask that you allow 5-7 business days for your returned item to be processed once it has been delivered. Once your returned item is processed, our warehouse will begin working on getting your exchanged item(s) shipped to you. We do not accept exchanges after 14 days from the date that your order is delivered.
We currently offer exchanges for sizes only. Feel free to initiate an exchange through our returns portal! Be sure to enter the full order number in our portal including all dashes, numbers and letters.
FINAL SALE
All sale items are considered final sale and are not subject to our return policy. Sale items are not eligible for an exchange, return, or price adjustment.
We understand that final sale purchases can be frustrating. However, please know that pricing on final sale items are priced below cost and discounting this low is rare. Because of this, we need to be strict about not accepting any returns on final sale items. We hope you can understand our position. We cannot guarantee inventory on sale items as sale can sell out quicker than our system can refresh. We truly apologize for any inconvenience this causes. It is our hope and intention to fill all orders completely. If we are not able to fulfill an order, you will be contacted via email from our Customer Service team.
Discount codes are not valid on sale merchandise unless specified.
Beach Riot reserves the right to make changes to the sale at any time. We do not offer price adjustments on Final Sale items.
