Loyalty Program Terms

Effective Date: JUNE 9, 2026

These  Loyalty Program Terms (“Program Terms”) govern your participation in the loyalty programs we offer and link to these terms, including BEACH RIOT PASSPORT CLUB (the “Program”) offered by Designs by Nikki LLC d/b/a Beach Riot (“Beach Riot,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Program Terms are incorporated by reference into, and are subject to, the Terms of Service available at https://beachriot.com/pages/terms-conditions  (the “Terms of Service”). By enrolling in or participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by these Program Terms and the Terms of Service. Capitalized terms not defined in these Program Terms have the meanings given to them in the Terms of Service.

The indemnification, limitation of liability, dispute resolution, and general provisions set forth in the Terms of Service apply to your participation in the Program and are not repeated here.

1. Program Overview

The Program is a free loyalty program that allows eligible members (“Members”) to earn points (“Points”) on qualifying purchases and activities and redeem those Points for discounts, rewards, and other benefits. The Program may include tiered membership levels that unlock additional benefits based on annual spend. Current details regarding Point earning rates, redemption values, tier thresholds, and available rewards are set forth on the Program Page at https://beachriot.com/pages/rewards (the “Program Page”), which is incorporated by reference into these Program Terms. Beach Riot may update the Program Page from time to time to reflect changes to Program specifics.

The Program has no cash value. Points are not property, do not constitute a form of currency or stored value, and cannot be purchased, sold, bartered, or transferred for value. Points and any rewards earned through the Program are promotional benefits only.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible to participate in the Program, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if older);

  • Properly enroll and maintain a valid and active account for the respective Program;

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during Program enrollment and maintain the accuracy of such information; and

  • Agree to and comply with these Program Terms and the Terms of Service.

Membership is limited to one account per person. If we determine that you have opened or are operating multiple accounts, we may, in our sole discretion, combine such accounts, forfeit any Points accumulated therein, or terminate your membership.

3. Enrollment

Eligible individuals may enroll in the Program by creating an account on the website. Enrollment is free, and no purchase is necessary to join the Program.

By enrolling, you consent to receive communications from us related to the Program, including Points balance updates, promotional offers, and Program announcements, via email and other contact methods you have provided. You may opt out of promotional communications at any time by following the instructions in those communications or by updating your account preferences, but you may not opt out of transactional communications necessary for Program administration.

4. Earning Points

4.1 Qualifying Purchases and Activities

Members may earn Points through the qualifying activities described on the Program Page, which may include:

Purchases: Earn Points for dollars spent on eligible purchases made through beachriot.com. Points are calculated based on the final purchase price after any discounts, coupons, or promotional codes are applied, and before taxes, shipping, and handling charges. The applicable earning rate is set forth on the Program Page and may vary by membership tier.

Bonus Activities: Members may earn additional Points through bonus activities as described on the Program Page, which may include sign-up bonuses, product reviews, photo reviews, social media follows, birthday rewards, anniversary rewards, and other promotional activities. Applicable Point values for bonus activities are set forth on the Program Page and may vary by membership tier.

Referrals: Members may earn Points or rewards for referring new customers to Beach Riot. Referral rewards are only issued after the referred customer completes a qualifying purchase as described on the Program Page.

4.2 Earning Exclusions

Points will not be awarded on the following:

  • Purchases of gift cards or store credit;

  • Taxes, shipping, handling, or delivery charges;

  • Purchases made using Points redemptions, gift cards, or store credit;

  • Returned, cancelled, or refunded items (Points associated with such items will be deducted from your account);

  • Purchases made prior to enrollment in the Program;

  • Any transaction that we determine, in our sole discretion, was fraudulent, abusive, or inconsistent with these Program Terms.

4.3 Points Crediting

Points for qualifying purchases will generally be credited to your account within 1 business days after the transaction is completed and any applicable return period has expired. Points for other qualifying activities will be credited in accordance with the terms disclosed at the time of the activity. We reserve the right to delay crediting Points pending verification of qualifying activity.

5. Redeeming Points

5.1 Redemption Options

Members may redeem accumulated Points for discounts on purchases, select branded merchandise, accessories, and other rewards as described on the Program Page. The Points required for each redemption option and the corresponding discount or reward value are set forth on the Program Page.

5.2 Redemption Requirements

The following requirements apply to all redemptions:

Minimum Threshold: You must have the minimum number of Points specified on the Program Page to redeem for any reward.

No Cash Value: Points and rewards have no cash value, may not be exchanged for cash, and may not be combined with certain other offers or promotions unless expressly permitted.

Final: All redemptions are final. Once Points are redeemed, they cannot be reinstated, and rewards cannot be returned for Points credit.

Subject to Availability: Rewards are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to substitute rewards of comparable value without notice.

5.3 Partial Redemptions

If you do not have enough Points to cover the full value of a reward, you may not make partial redemptions unless otherwise specified on the Program Page.

6. Points Expiration and Forfeiture

6.1 Expiration

Points will expire 365 days from the date they are earned unless redeemed prior to expiration. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you prior to the expiration of your Points, but it is your responsibility to monitor your Points balance and expiration dates.

6.2 Membership Tiers

The Program includes tiered membership levels based on your qualifying annual spend. Current tier thresholds and the benefits associated with each tier are set forth on the Program Page. Your tier status is determined by the amount you spend in a calendar year. Once your spend reaches the next tier threshold, you will move up to that tier and have access to that tier’s benefits through the remainder of the current calendar year and the following calendar year. Tier benefits may include enhanced Point earning rates, early access to launches and sales, extended return windows, priority customer service, free returns, and other benefits as described on the Program Page.

7. Account Management

7.1 Member Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach. We are not responsible for any loss arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to safeguard your account information.

You agree to keep your account information accurate and up to date. Failure to do so may result in the inability to earn or redeem Points or receive Program communications.

7.2 Non-Transferability

Membership in the Program is personal to you and may not be transferred, assigned, or sold to any other person. Points may not be transferred, combined, or pooled with Points from any other account, except as may be expressly permitted by us in writing. Any attempt to transfer membership or Points in violation of these Program Terms is void and may result in immediate termination of your membership and forfeiture of all Points.

7.3 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in suspension or termination of your membership, forfeiture of Points, and/or other legal action:

Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information in connection with enrollment or participation;

Attempting to earn Points through fraudulent, deceptive, or unauthorized means, including manipulating transactions or exploiting technical errors;

Selling, purchasing, bartering, or otherwise transferring Points or rewards for value;

Operating multiple accounts or allowing others to use your account;

Engaging in any conduct that is illegal or that violates these Program Terms or the Terms of Service; or

Any other abuse of the Program as determined by us in our sole discretion.

8. Termination

8.1 Program Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate the Program, in whole or in part, at any time and for any reason, with or without cause. In the event of a complete Program termination, we will provide Members with at least 30 days’ advance notice and a reasonable opportunity to redeem accumulated Points before the termination date, subject to these Program Terms. Upon termination of the Program, all rights to any unredeemed Points will be forfeited.

8.2 Termination of Individual Membership

We may suspend or terminate your individual membership at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Program Terms or the Terms of Service, engaged in fraud or abuse of the Program, or for any other reason in our sole discretion. You may terminate your membership at any time by contacting us at info@beachriot.com or 1-888-891-1937 or by closing your account. Upon termination of your membership for any reason, all accumulated Points will be forfeited.
