Customer Service Support

 

Beach Riot is hiring Customer Service Support for our Headquarters in Newport Beach, CA.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Process all returns for Beach Riot’s E-commerce channel
  • QC product and sort into proper inventory channels
  • Receive inventory in Beach Riot’s ERP system and issue credit memos for all returns
  • Make sure credit memos match in Shopify
  • Re-tag, re-package, and deliver inventory to our warehouse 3 to 5 times per week
  • Check to make sure inventory is received properly into our 3PL and check for any variances
  • Assist with customer service emails, phone calls, and chat
  • Help ensure all web orders are shipping out in a timely fashion
