Customer Service Support
Beach Riot is hiring Customer Service Support for our Headquarters in Newport Beach, CA.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Process all returns for Beach Riot’s E-commerce channel
- QC product and sort into proper inventory channels
- Receive inventory in Beach Riot’s ERP system and issue credit memos for all returns
- Make sure credit memos match in Shopify
- Re-tag, re-package, and deliver inventory to our warehouse 3 to 5 times per week
- Check to make sure inventory is received properly into our 3PL and check for any variances
- Assist with customer service emails, phone calls, and chat
- Help ensure all web orders are shipping out in a timely fashion
